Warranty

All products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery (or pickup date), covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Extended warranty coverage up to 3 years is available for an additional $49 (where eligible).
If you’d like extended coverage, contact us before or after purchase to confirm eligibility and activation.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:
• Labor, installation, removal, or re-installation costs
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or negligence
• Damage from power surges, incorrect voltage, incompatible systems, or wiring issues
• Water exposure, corrosion, or environmental damage
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or accidental damage
• Products used outside their intended application

Magnetic track components are compatible only within the specified DC48V magnetic track system.
Please confirm system type and mounting method (surface/recessed) before ordering. Compatibility issues are not covered under warranty.

To start a claim, email us:
• Your order number
• Product name / SKU
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos (and video if helpful)

If needed, we may request additional details to verify the issue before approving a replacement/solution.

If the claim is approved, we may provide (at our discretion):
• replacement parts
• a replacement unit
• another appropriate resolution

We do not guarantee an exact replacement model if it has been updated or discontinued.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
