Coverage, clearly defined.

Every eligible product purchased directly from LightCo Depot includes a One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.

The warranty period begins on the date the order is delivered. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This Limited Warranty covers verified manufacturing defects that prevent a product from operating as intended under normal use.

If a claim is approved, LightCo Depot may, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product
• Replace the defective product or component
• Provide an equivalent model if the original has been discontinued
• Issue store credit
• Refund the original purchase price paid for the affected product

The remedy selected by LightCo Depot will satisfy its obligations under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Improper installation, wiring, or failure to follow instructions
• Incompatible drivers, transformers, dimmers, controllers, tracks, or accessories
• Mixing components from different manufacturers
• Electrical surges, lightning, power fluctuations, or improper voltage
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Improper storage or handling
• Water exposure unless the product is specifically wet-location rated
• Outdoor installation of products not intended for outdoor use
• Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or finish variations
• Normal LED lumen depreciation or normal wear and tear
• Fire, flooding, natural disasters, or events beyond reasonable control

Products must be installed in accordance with all applicable electrical codes and the provided installation instructions.

Professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered.

The optional LightCo Total Protection Plan is offered at checkout only on eligible orders with an order value over $300.

For $99 per eligible order, the plan extends coverage from one year to three years for eligible products purchased as part of the covered order.

The Protection Plan extends the warranty period but does not expand what is covered.

• Improper installation
• Electrical misuse
• Water damage unless the product is rated accordingly
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• Labor or installation costs
• Damage caused by third-party or incompatible products
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

All terms, exclusions, and limitations of the One-Year Limited Warranty continue to apply.

• Product name or SKU
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Installation, driver, track, or wiring photos if requested

Additional information may be requested to verify the claim.

Customers may be required to return a defective product for inspection before a claim is approved.

If approved, LightCo Depot will determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping products to LightCo Depot unless otherwise stated or covered by a purchased LightCo Total Protection Plan.

The LightCo Depot magnetic track lighting system is designed to operate as a complete system.

For correct performance and warranty protection, use only products explicitly identified as compatible LightCo Depot tracks, drivers, connectors, accessories, and lighting fixtures.

Compatibility with third-party systems is not guaranteed. Damage or performance issues caused by incompatible components are not covered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LightCo Depot is not liable for:

• Labor, electrician, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs
• Project delays or loss of use
• Lost profits
• Damage to other equipment or property
• Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages

LightCo Depot’s total liability will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the affected product.

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
