We want you to order with confidence. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (or pickup date) for eligible items in new, unused condition.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom/special-order and clearance items may be final sale.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or pickup date).
Returns require prior approval and return instructions.
Return Eligibility (Condition Requirements)
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and uninstalled
• Must be in original, undamaged packaging
• Must include all parts/accessories/components (if applicable)
• Must be in resellable condition
Items showing installation, use, modification, or missing parts may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically non-returnable:
• Custom-made / special-order items
• Clearance / final sale items
• Items that were installed or show signs of use
• Items returned with missing parts or damaged packaging

How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)
1. Email us with your order number and the items you want to return
2. Briefly share the reason (quick note is enough)
3. Wait for approval + return instructions
4. Pack the items securely in original packaging
5. Ship the return using the method/address we provide
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, verified defect on arrival, etc.).
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply in certain cases (for example, large orders or items that require special handling).
If a restocking fee applies, we will confirm it before approving the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (48 Hours)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send your order number
• Include photos of the product and packaging
Do not install damaged items. We’ll review and provide the best resolution (replacement parts, replacement item, or another suitable option).
Refused / Returned to Sender
If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any reshipping fees.
Once received back and inspected, we can arrange:
• a reshipment (additional fees may apply), or
• a refund (minus applicable shipping/handling costs, if any)
Refunds
If your return is approved:
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection
• Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider
• In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative (we’ll confirm during the process)
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item:
• Contact us with your order number and the item you want to change to
• We’ll confirm availability and any price/shipping differences
