We want your order to arrive safely and on time.  
Below is an overview of how shipping, pickup and returns work at LightCo Depot.

## Shipping

**Where do you ship?**  
We currently ship within the United States. For larger or special orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

**Processing time**  
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

**Shipping time**  
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. We will provide tracking details once your order has shipped.

**Shipping costs**  
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight and destination. You will see shipping options and pricing at checkout or on your quote.

## Local Pickup (South Florida)

Local pickup is available during business hours.

- Once your order or quote is confirmed, we’ll send you pickup details.  
- Please wait for confirmation before arriving at the warehouse.  

If you need urgent pickup for a project, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take packing and shipping seriously, but sometimes damage can happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.  
2. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.  
3. Do not install or use damaged products.  

We will review the case and work on a solution – replacement, parts or another suitable option.

## Returns

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned.

**General return conditions:**

- Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.  
- Returns must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery (for example 14–30 days).  
- Custom, special-order or clearance items may be non-returnable.  

Returns are subject to approval.  
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

## How to Request a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return.  
2. Wait for return instructions and approval.  
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.  
4. Send the products back using the address we provide.  

Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll confirm whether the return has been accepted.

## Refunds

If your return is approved:

- Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method.  
- It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.  

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund – we will let you know during the process.

## Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it:

- Contact us with your order number and what you would like to change to.  
- We’ll let you know what’s possible and if any price difference or shipping cost applies.
